Common ordering questions answered

Orders and Shipping

Handling generally takes up to 1 full day.  Shipping generally takes 1-3 business days.  You should expect your order to be delivered to your door within 2-4 days, depending on your region.   

We are not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address.  Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly.  If you have already placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.  We handle orders within one business day so your order have have already been shipped.

We’ll send you an email with the tracking information once your order has been packed and is about to be sent off.

We respect in your security.  We have very limited information on file to identify your order.  Our payment processor authorizes your transaction as soon as you place a successful order.  Your card details are encrypted through Stripe.

We are an Arizona-only nexus, so sales tax are only charged accordingly to the respected states when required to do so.

We ship worldwide.  If your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we’ll make sure to include your country.

Gachapon are all limited release items.  Once it’s sold out, it cannot be back-ordered and we ultimately do not restock them.

Our store does not create accounts and each order is treated as a guest order.  We have made this decision based on many factors including but not limited to your privacy and security.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us immediately and send us a photo of your order.  We rarely ever ship out orders in error.  If we do make an error, we are very fast to get it resolved for you.

Since gachapon is “blind box” by nature, there are absolutely no exchanges and no returns to our store.  When you submit your Gachapon order, your Gachapon are selected randomly through actual Gachapon machines or through a randomizer, then sent to our staff for review and packed immediately to be shipped out within 24 hours.  Our priority is to have your gachapon delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that manufacturer customer service inquiries are not accepted outside of Japan.  We do not represent the manufacturer in any shape or form and each Gachapon does not come with a manufacturer warranty. 

However, we stand by the quality standards of Japanese Capsule Toys.  In the event of a damaged item(s) received, we will warranty your item(s) directly with a replacement or reimbursement to your order.  In the event of a product recall of a specific item, it will be removed immediately and no longer be sold.  Please dispose and notify us of the recall if you have already received such item for reimbursement.  

In the event that you are required to return items, we’ll send you a pre-paid label and packet for USPS. You may drop off at a postal service center or or have your mail carrier pick up from your door.
